胡福良,男,理学博士,教授,博士生导师。19646月出生,浙江东阳人,汉族,19857月毕业于浙江农业大学畜牧兽医系畜牧专业,同年留校任教。先后担任辅导员、助教、助理研究员,1997年晋升为副研究员,2005年晋升为研究员,2015年转聘为教授。其间,19939月至19977月在浙江农业大学植物保护系攻读昆虫学硕士学位,获理学硕士。20022月至20054月在南非罗德斯大学(Rhodes University)动物与昆虫学系攻读博士学位,获理学博士。曾任在线威尼斯赌场澳门,澳門威尼斯赌场威尼斯赌场院长助理(2009-2014)、特种经济动物科学系副主任(1999-2009)。现任在线威尼斯赌场澳门,澳門威尼斯赌场蚕蜂研究所所长,兼任中国养蜂学会副理事长、中国蜂产品协会顾问、浙江省蜂业协会理事长,国家蜂产业技术体系产品加工研究室主任、岗位科学家。 
长期从事蜜蜂科学及功能性食品科学的科研与教学工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部、教育部、浙江省等各级各类课题50余项;获国家技术发明二等奖2项、国家科技进步三等奖1项,省部级奖5项;获得授权国家发明专利33项、申请18项;主编、副主编专著7部;发表学术论文400余篇,其中,SCI收录70余篇;培养蜂学博士15人、硕士18人。
在蜜蜂生物学、行为学、蜂产品的化学成分、生物学活性、质量控制及深加工技术等领域有较深入的研究,取得了多项原创性成果。采用生物诱导与环境诱导相结合的方法,在国内外率先成功组建无障碍同巢意蜂多王群,并且开创了多王同巢越冬的成功先例,既为养蜂业创立了独特的饲养管理方式,又为社会性昆虫的研究提供了新的生物模式;系统研究了蜜蜂基因组中的miRNA,尤其是蜂王幼虫和工蜂幼虫的mRNAmiRNA的表达差异,获得了267个新的蜜蜂miRNA,为miRBase数据库中蜜蜂miRNA贡献了大部分的数据;对蜂胶的植物来源、功效成分、生物学活性、质量控制及深加工技术进行了系统的研究,解决了蜂胶水提的难题,并将纳米技术和酶解技术应用于蜂胶的深加工,出版了我国第一部蜂胶基础研究专著;率先提出了蜂胶新鲜度的指标,创立了基于水杨苷的HPLC蜂胶与杨树胶的鉴别方法与行业标准;率先对工蜂胎的营养价值、生物学活性及开发利用价值进行了较系统研究,开辟了一条新的蜂产品综合利用途径;对蜂王浆的质量控制尤其是新鲜度指标与评定方法进行了系统研究,从微观到宏观,从定性、半定量到定量建立了多种评判蜂王浆新鲜度的方法。在社会化服务方面,主持建设了杭州蜂业科技创新服务平台,主持完成了多项与企业合作的重大项目,取得了十分显著的社会经济效益。先后荣获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴以及浙江省优秀教师浙江省青少年英才浙江省151人才”、“杭州市钱江特聘专家”等称号。
积极参与国际蜂业学术交流与合作。先后赴南非、日本、美国、加拿大、法国、意大利、韩国、澳大利亚、新西兰、俄罗斯、土耳其、巴西、台湾等国家和地区进行学术交流与合作研究,与南非、瑞士、法国、美国、日本、英国、澳大利亚等多所大学及科研机构建立了良好的合作关系。

工作简历:

     1985年8月起,一直在浙江(农业)大学威尼斯赌场从事教学与科研工作。1987年任助教,1992年晋升助理研究员,1997年晋升副研究员,2005年晋升研究员、博士生导师,2015年转聘为教授。先后担任威尼斯赌场特种经济动物科学系副主任(1999~2009)、威尼斯赌场院长助理(2009~2014 )、蚕蜂研究所副所长(2005~2015)、所长(2015~  )等职务。

        在蜜蜂生物学、行为学、蜂产品的化学成分、生物学活性、质量控制及深加工技术等领域有较深入的研究,取得了多项原创性成果。采用生物诱导与环境诱导相结合的方法,在国内外率先成功组建无障碍同巢意蜂多王群,并且开创了多王同巢越冬的成功先例,既为养蜂业创立了独特的饲养管理方式,又为社会性昆虫的研究提供了新的生物模式;系统研究了蜜蜂基因组中的miRNA,尤其是蜂王幼虫和工蜂幼虫的mRNAmiRNA的表达差异,获得了267个新的蜜蜂miRNA,为miRBase数据库中蜜蜂miRNA贡献了大部分的数据;对蜂胶的功效成分、药理学作用、质量控制及深加工技术进行了系统的研究,解决了蜂胶水提的难题,并将纳米技术和酶解技术应用于蜂胶的深加工,出版了我国第一部蜂胶基础研究专著;率先提出了蜂胶新鲜度的指标,创立了基于水杨苷的HPLC蜂胶与杨树胶的鉴别方法与行业标准;率先对工蜂胎的营养价值、生物学活性及开发利用价值进行了较系统研究,开辟了一条新的蜂产品综合利用途径;对蜂王浆新鲜度指标与评定方法进行了系统研究,从微观到宏观,从定性、半定量到定量建立了多种评判蜂王浆新鲜度的方法。在社会化服务方面,主持建设了杭州蜂业科技创新服务平台,主持完成了多项与企业合作的重大项目,取得了十分显著的社会经济效益。
